Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to bring our AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to insurance organisations across the EMEA markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle from outbound to close, partnering with GTM, Product, and Marketing to tailor value propositions for insurance decision-makers.

The ideal candidate has extensive B2B SaaS sales experience in insurance, a track record of navigating procurement processes, and a passion for advancing frontier AI ethically.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in insurance, API solutions, or emerging technologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
• Strong ability to navigate insurance organisations and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the insurance sector.
• Design and execute sales strategies for insurance procurement cycles and budgeting processes.
• Identify new use cases within underwriting, claims, actuarial, and distribution channels.
• Navigate stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus among executives and IT leaders.
• Inform product roadmaps by conveying insurance market needs and feedback.
• Refine sales methodology and playbooks to improve productivity and consistency.
