Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer projects in AI and SaaS. You will bridge technical teams and stakeholders, defining plans, milestones, and success metrics.

You will coordinate cross-functional pods, data scientists, engineers and business analysts, translating customer needs into actionable deliverables while maintaining strong governance and value realization.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for customer initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to deliver solutions.
• Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Manage customer expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and refine project management processes and best practices for efficient execution.
