Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects and bridge between technical teams and stakeholders. You will define project plans, drive delivery, and ensure outcomes align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong PM experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with technical and business focus.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and data integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of customer projects within timelines and scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects; balance priorities by impact.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate pods, data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
