Responsibilities

• Lead execution of customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing by business impact.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to closure.
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional pods including data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
• Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, managing expectations and updates.
• Conduct regular check-ins, updates, and post-implementation reviews.
