Job summary

Brunswick Group is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the AI Lab’s proprietary product portfolio, translating business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will work at the intersection of AI, product and business to identify high-value opportunities and collaborate with AI Engineers to bring concepts to life.

The role focuses on discovering and shaping new products, building user journeys and requirements, and owning the roadmap while ensuring governance, privacy and responsible AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital/software/AI-enabled products.
• Experience delivering products from discovery to launch.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Strong prioritisation and judgement balancing value, effort and speed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape opportunities for new AI products across Brunswick.
• Lead product discovery and test ideas for viability.
• Define product concepts, user journeys and prototypes.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to balance value, speed and complexity.
• Own the roadmap and backlog for the AI Lab’s portfolio.
• Run pilots and user testing to decide where to scale or stop.
