Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in London seeks a Global Product Director – CT Workspace to lead the CT GenAI portfolio and drive adoption of enterprise GenAI products for case teams. You will own strategy, roadmap, and performance across tools like ChatGPT, ClaudeAI, and AI Workbench, leading a cross-functional squad and partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable value.

• Significant understanding of GenAI technologies and enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience leading complex product portfolios with Agile roadmaps.
• Strong senior stakeholder leadership and influence.
• Data-driven decision making with adoption and performance insights.
• Proven people leadership, building teams with clarity and accountability.
• Strong communication and ability to navigate ambiguity at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact squad managing tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, ClaudeAI, and internal GenAI tools.
• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance of the CT Workspace product portfolio.
• Drive enterprise adoption and value realization for GenAI products and AI Workbench.
• Manage AI consumption using data and insights to guide usage and investment.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and align priorities.
• Lead and develop direct reports and cross-functional squad members.
• Collaborate with technology, security, legal, change, and business teams to deliver scalable GenAI experiences.
• Anticipate emerging GenAI capabilities and translate them into opportunities for CT Workspace.
