Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Global Product Director – AI Innovation to lead the AI agenda, turning high-potential ideas into prototypes and scalable products. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, set priorities, and ensure rapid learning in an environment with evolving requirements.

You will translate opportunities into a focused product pipeline, collaborate across Practice Areas, AI, technology, and design, and drive prototypes toward enterprise readiness with clear ownership paths.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of relevant experience in AI, data, or enterprise technology products.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams while creating clarity and accountability.
• Strong ability to frame ambiguous problems and translate opportunities into product direction.

Responsibilities

• Set the global product direction for AI Innovation, translating opportunities into a focused pipeline of experiments.
• Lead the CT Zero to One squad, moving from idea to working prototype within focused sprints.
• Frame opportunities with hypotheses, user needs, success metrics, and decision points before prototyping.
• Guide rapid prototype development and experimentation, using evidence and feedback to decide next steps.
• Drive prototypes toward enterprise readiness with requirements for scale and ownership.
