Job summary

Sky UK Limited is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join the Group AI Engineering team in Livingston. You will work with cutting-edge AI technologies, from LLMs to agentic frameworks, delivering secure, scalable AI solutions that transform customer experiences and optimised operations.

You will own the AI lifecycle from data prep to deployment, collaborate across Sky and partners, and continue learning to drive innovation at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and software engineering best practices.
• Experience designing, developing and integrating APIs and automation solutions.
• Experience delivering software through the development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience deploying AI/ML in production environments on public clouds.
• Familiarity with enterprise low-code AI and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, secure AI solutions using enterprise platforms, LLMs, APIs, automation, and low-code tools.
• Own the AI lifecycle from data prep to deployment and monitoring with responsible AI practices.
• Develop standards, governance guardrails, templates, and reusable patterns for safe AI adoption.
• Provide expertise in enterprise low-code AI and automation platforms.
• Collaborate across Sky and with partners, coaching power users and citizen developers.
• Track emerging AI trends and drive innovation and skills development.
