Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in AI Engineering and delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered solutions and enterprise-scale AI deployments.
• Strong Python development skills and ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the AI engineering team with strong software engineering and MLOps standards.
• Lead design, development and deployment of AI applications including LLM-powered solutions; contribute hands-on to code and architecture.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and productionisation of ML and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence through quality, security, reliability, and continuous improvement in AI delivery.
• Mentor AI engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Stay informed on emerging AI/MLOps practices to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.
