Job summary

GTR is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Fabric technologies. You will create solutions that help teams access data, automate workflows and gain insights across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure security and governance, and deliver scalable, auditable AI solutions within a hybrid work model at Monument Place.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/DS/Math.
• Experience designing AI agents or copilots in an enterprise.
• Experience with governance, security and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences and workflow automations with data assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Ensure safe, governed access to business information.
