Job summary

Infosec is seeking a permanent AI Agent Developer to lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI agent solutions in the construction and infrastructure sector. The role combines practical delivery with governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement to mature enterprise AI capabilities.

The successful candidate will design, deploy and maintain AI agents, collaborate with business units, and drive continuous improvement while working in a fast-changing technology environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, configuring or supporting AI agents or copilots.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and conversational design principles.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with non-technical users.
• Familiarity with governance processes and structured delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy and maintain AI agents using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, standards and reusable templates.
• Develop AI agent delivery lifecycle processes including design, testing and deployment.
• Establish governance and quality controls for AI agent development.
• Monitor usage and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver demonstrations, training and knowledge sharing across the business.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for deployed agents.
