Job summary

La Fosse is leading a major UK AI programme, seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI agents that empower employees to access information, automate tasks and improve decision making. The role leverages a mature Microsoft data platform and governance models.

Hybrid working with one day per week in Central London offers high visibility and meaningful business impact as you deliver scalable AI solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents, copilots or conversational AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services or enterprise data platforms.
• Understanding of AI governance, security and operational controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Working with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.
• Developing conversational experiences, prompts, workflows and integrations.
• Connecting AI solutions to enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to governance best practices.
• Monitoring and improving agent performance, reliability and user adoption.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects and Analytics teams to deliver business value through AI.
