Job summary

Infosec is seeking a permanent AI Agent Developer to design, deploy and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies. You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions and develop robust documentation and templates.

Ideal candidates have hands-on delivery experience with Copilot, prompt engineering and governance, and will help mature enterprise AI capabilities within the construction and infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or supporting AI agents, copilots, or automation solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure services is preferred.
• Understanding prompt design and conversational UX is important.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy and maintain AI agents using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Develop solution docs, standards and reusable templates.
• Define AI agent development lifecycle processes from design to support.
