Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing agentic AI in production for regulated environments.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python for scalable implementations.

Responsibilities

• Embed with major regulated enterprises across the EU and US.
• Run agent-focused discovery workshops with internal audit and compliance teams.
• Take agentic solutions from prototype to production‑grade reliability including guardrails and observability.
• Build evaluation infrastructure and golden datasets to validate performance and safety.
