As a Senior Commercial Strategy Leader, you will own complex enterprise opportunities, influence C-suite decisions, and shape our go-to-market with cross-functional partners across Product, Success, and Leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years of experience in commercial strategy or complex client environments.
• Experience influencing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder enterprise decisions.
• Proven track record driving outcomes in client-facing or commercial settings.
• Comfort taking ownership of enterprise opportunities and growth.
• Motivation to drive GTM strategy and lead commercial processes.
• Strong executive presence with credibility with C-level leaders.
• Structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity and builds clarity.
• Intellectual curiosity about AI and organizational change.

Aufgaben

• Own and advance complex enterprise opportunities from engagement to close.
• Build trusted relationships with CHROs, CEOs, and other C-suite leaders.
• Develop business cases linking AI adoption to measurable outcomes.
• Design and structure pilots to demonstrate impact and accelerate buy-in.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine GTM.
• Translate market signals into clear commercial insights for go-to-market.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives across partnerships and new markets.
• Help build a scalable, differentiated commercial motion as Valence grows.
