We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our UK&I New Business Sales team. You will own the creation and conversion of high-value enterprise opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and map ROI during Digital Transformation conversations.

Qualifications

• Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with proven SaaS sales in Contact Center or Conversational AI.
• Hunter mentality with ability to win in a hyper-growth company.
• Ability to navigate sales cycles with SVP/C-Level executives and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and conversion of high-value enterprise opportunities across UK&I.
• Engage senior decision-makers and develop ROI business cases for Digital Transformation.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Collaborate with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Leadership.
• Represent NiCE at trade fairs or events and conduct demos and customer meetings.
• Use CRM effectively to track sales cycles and engagements.
