About MuleSoft

We’re hiring for both our Commercial and Enterprise segments! As an Account Executive, you will work in a fast-paced team with diverse customers, receiving personalized training and career opportunities. APIs are transforming how companies do business. You will partner with clients to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies using our API Connectivity via the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Your role involves working directly with C-level executives and collaborating with an account team to achieve customer business objectives.

Day to Day

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.
  • Help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
  • Identify opportunities through warm leads and prospecting.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
  • Assist with account planning and strategic alignment.
  • Share MuleSoft and Salesforce value propositions.
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in full-cycle sales.
  • Experience selling technical platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of API and integration markets.
  • Experience managing large key accounts.
  • Ability to strategize with extended teams.
