We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates in various sectors, both directly and through a significant channel. They focus mainly on large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage the organization's key enterprise customers, a responsibility previously handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

With a blend of enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, this role will involve managing existing enterprise customer accounts and developing new business, accounting for approximately 25% of the role. It offers an exciting opportunity to join during a strategic growth phase backed by investors.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services (e.g., AD, FIM, MIM) relevant for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management experience with enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new logo customer business (approximately 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack: Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with both existing enterprise clients and new prospects
