Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day running of Community ENT clinics.
• Undertake independent nurse-led ear care and microsuction clinics.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to Care Support Workers.
• Collaborate with Consultants and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Support service improvement initiatives and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with standards.
