Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic ENT Consultant to join our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic across multiple sites in Stoke-on-Trent. You will deliver outpatient ENT services, including paediatric patients, and work autonomously within a community setting to meet growing demand.

The role emphasizes high clinical standards, governance, and collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork to enhance access and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise is essential.
• Extensive experience in ENT outpatient care, including paediatric ENT patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with clinical best practice and governance standards.
• Collaborate with the ENT Lead and report to the Service Manager to manage all aspects of the ENT service.
• Develop and optimise patient pathways to improve access, outcomes and patient experience.
• Drive service efficiency by promoting best practice in performance management and financial sustainability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service delivery.

Education
