Lead Tier 3 ENT services across community clinics, perform outpatient assessments and minor procedures, supervise GPwERs, and mentor CPD. Engage in governance, audits, and service development while enjoying flexible sessional commitments.

Qualifications

• ENT expertise with leadership capabilities.
• Experience in governance and service improvement.
• Teaching and mentoring of junior clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics.
• Conduct outpatient assessments and minor ENT procedures.
• Supervise ENT GPwERs and support CPD.
• Review complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in teaching clinics.
• Attend governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathways.
