Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd. is seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to boost participation in adult learning programmes in Lincolnshire. You will build partnerships with external organisations and drive referrals and enrolments through effective information, advice and guidance sessions.

You will manage learner data, support recruitment targets, and collaborate with tutors and managers to ensure high-quality learner journeys.

Qualifications

• Level 2 IAG or equivalent qualification.
• GCSEs in English, Maths and ICT (A*-C).
• Full driving licence.
• Track record of learner and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience of providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders and networks.
• Identify and promote suitable Adult Learning programmes and SWAPs.
• Conduct information, advice and guidance sessions for potential learners.
• Manage and maintain learner referral information and coordination with tutors.
• Meet monthly targets for programme starts, placements and progressions.
