Job summary

Capel Manor College is recruiting two Admissions Coordinators on a fixed-term basis to deliver a proactive admissions service from enquiry through to enrolment. You will handle administration, maintain IT systems, and work as part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team to keep students at the heart of our work.

Role involves some evenings/weekends and occasional travel to other campuses. Fixed-term until 31 March 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and proactive admissions service from initial enquiry to enrolment.
• Assist with administration across the College's admissions processes and related workloads.
• Occasional evenings and weekend work; travel to other campuses may be required.
