Job summary

Capel Manor College is recruiting two Admissions Coordinators on a fixed-term basis to deliver a proactive admissions service from enquiry through to enrolment. You will handle administration, maintain IT systems, and work as part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team to keep students at the heart of our work.

Role involves some evenings/weekends and occasional travel to other campuses. Fixed-term until 31 March 2027.

About The Role and Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint two experienced administrator and customer service professionals to join us as Admissions Coordinators on a fixed term basis.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing an excellent and proactive admissions service to prospective students, ensuring a prompt and seamless transition from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will have experience in an administrative role, demonstrable knowledge of appropriate IT (including Microsoft Office) and excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will play an important role in ensuring effective administration of the College’s admissions processes with a fast-paced and varied workload. You will also join an ambitious and forward-thinking wider Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions department which puts students at the heart of everything they do.

During busy periods, this role requires some evening and weekend working. Travel to other campuses may also be required.

This is a fixed-term position until 31 March 2027.
