Capel Manor College is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment Officer on a fixed-term basis to help adults access funded training and progress into sustainable employment across London.

You will build relationships with community organisations, JobCentre Plus, employers and referral partners, represent the college at recruitment events, and deliver engaging presentations, information sessions and workshops to promote opportunities for learners in London.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in learner recruitment or working with adult learners.
• Ability to deliver presentations, workshops or information sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working toward recruitment/target performance.

Aufgaben

• Represent Capel Manor College at recruitment events, employment and careers fairs and community events across London.
• Develop relationships with community organisations, JobCentre Plus, employers and referral agencies to promote programmes.
• Deliver engaging recruitment presentations, information sessions and workshops.

• Support social mobility by widening access to funded training and green economy roles.
