Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Schools Partnership Coordinator on a fixed-term maternity cover starting January 2027, 0.8 FTE (Mon-Thu) across Merton and Carshalton Colleges. You will build relationships with schools, advisers and prospective students to promote opportunities and support recruitment.

You will join a team of two Coordinators and a Manager, work with Marketing, and deliver assemblies, events and outreach, while travelling to schools as required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with learners in teaching or youth work settings.
• Confident and engaging presenter with ability to design and deliver workshops for large groups.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to network with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organised, self-motivated with good project management and ability to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong relationships with external stakeholders including local schools, careers advisers, prospective students and parents.
• Promote opportunities and support student recruitment across the region.
• Plan and deliver assemblies, workshops, careers events and outreach initiatives.
