Job summary

Marling School in Stroud, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Trips and Enrichment Coordinator to oversee the programme of trips, activities and Duke of Edinburgh expeditions. The role emphasizes safeguarding, efficient administration and strong stakeholder relationships across multiple campuses.

You will coordinate overseas visits, lead year-group enrichment events, manage deadlines, and work closely with parents, staff trip leaders and external providers to ensure a high-quality student experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trips, enrichment activities and Duke of Edinburgh expeditions.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to implement policies.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Trip Administration: book venues, transport, accommodation and track parental consent & payments.
• Health and Safety: review risk assessments and ensure alignment with safeguarding policies.
• Enrichment Scheduling: coordinate clubs, after-school activities and end-of-year enrichment days.
• Program Support: oversee Duke of Edinburgh Award logistics and staff training.
• Stakeholder Communication: serve as main contact for parents, staff leaders and external providers.
