Job summary

Tormead School in central Guildford is seeking an experienced Educational Visits Co-ordinator (EVC) to lead and oversee all aspects of planning and running off-site trips for our students.

You will work with the Deputy Head (Partnerships) to support trip leaders, ensure high levels of customer service, and develop strong relationships with staff and stakeholders. OEAP training desirable; training available.

Qualifications

• Experience as EVC or trip leader is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, positive and flexible approach to work.
• Current OEAP approved EVC training is desirable (training can be provided).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and running of educational trips.
• Provide guidance to trip leaders and staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and stakeholder relations.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Head (Partnerships) to develop programmes.
