Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is seeking a Programme Officer to help design and deliver the Enrichment Expansion Programme (EEP) across schools in England. This full‑time, fixed‑term role supports learning resources, events and practice sharing to raise opportunities for young people.

Based at home with 1–2 days in Loughborough, you will manage partnerships, coordinate webinars and drive continuous improvement through feedback from schools and young people.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering projects or programmes in schools or youth sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate learning events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activity with schools, partners and colleagues.
• Develop resources, guidance and learning opportunities for practice.
