Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is recruiting a Programme Manager - Enrichment to lead the Enrichment Expansion Programme. The role focuses on developing high-quality resources, training and guidance to strengthen enrichment in schools and improve participation for disadvantaged youth.

The post involves leading content development, collaborating with schools and partners, and managing the Enrichment team. It is home-based with 1–2 days in Loughborough and fixed-term until March 2029.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, enrichment, youth development or related programmes.
• Ability to develop high-quality resources, learning materials and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of enrichment practice across the programme.
• Develop and quality assure content, toolkits, guidance and self-assessment resources, training materials and case studies.
• Convene networks and communities of practice to share learning and strengthen enrichment practice.
• Line manage the Programme Officer – Enrichment and provide direction and development.
• Build relationships with schools, Enrichment System Builders, sector experts and national partners.
