Job summary

The Youth Sport Trust in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Programme Manager to lead the Enrichment Expansion Programme, delivering high-quality enrichment practice across schools. You will develop resources, tools, training and guidance, work with schools, Enrichment System Builders, sector experts and national partners, and line-manage the Programme Officer – Enrichment.

You'll bring extensive experience in education or youth development programmes and a strong understanding of the English

Qualifications

• Significant experience of developing and delivering education, enrichment, youth development, school improvement or related programmes.
• Experience developing high-quality resources, learning materials, training or professional practice.
• Strong understanding of the English education system and the role enrichment can play in engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and quality assurance of programme content, from toolkits and guidance to training materials and case studies.
• Convene and support networks and communities of practice to share learning across the programme.
• Line manage the Programme Officer – Enrichment and provide clear direction and development.
