Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is seeking a Programme Officer – Enrichment to support the Enrichment Expansion Programme (EEP) across England. The role is home-based with 1–2 days per week in Loughborough and is a fixed-term contract to March 2029.

You will help 400 schools enhance enrichment opportunities by developing resources, coordinating learning events, and sharing best practices nationally. We value proactive, collaborative professionals who can manage multiple workstreams, build partnerships with

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering projects or programmes, ideally with schools or youth.
• Ability to create resources, guidance or learning opportunities for partners and participants.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver aspects of the Enrichment Expansion Programme (EEP).
• Coordinate learning opportunities including webinars, briefings, Communities of Practice and events.
• Capture and share effective practice from across the programme and with partners and schools.
