Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Enrichment Expansion Programme (EEP) as part of the National Youth Strategy. You will develop resources, tools and training to improve enrichment practice across schools and engage with partners and networks.

The role involves line management of the Programme Officer – Enrichment and requires strong analytical and influencing skills to translate evidence into practical improvements for young people’s participation and

Qualifications

• Significant experience in developing and delivering education, enrichment, youth development or related programmes.
• Experience creating high-quality resources, learning materials and training.
• Strong understanding of the English education system and inclusion in learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and quality assurance of enrichment content, tools and training materials.
• Develop resources, case studies and online guidance to strengthen enrichment practice.
• Line manage the Programme Officer – Enrichment and provide leadership and direction.
• Collaborate with schools, sector experts and national partners to share best practice.
