Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant with Care Certificate.
• Experience in care setting; dementia or complex needs desirable.
• Kind, calm, patient and empathetic.
• Willingness to complete medication training if needed.
• Good communication and teamwork; basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support during night shifts.
• Monitor residents and perform welfare checks and observations.
• Assist with medication administration where trained and competent.
• Mentor colleagues and support new starters within the night team.
• Maintain accurate digital care records and follow care plans.
