Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and lead the care team.
• Assess and meet residents' medical, emotional and social needs.
• Coordinate care plans and evaluate outcomes with the team.
• supervise healthcare assistants and participate in ongoing training.
• Undertake venepuncture, vital signs and other procedures.
• Lead in absence of Home Manager or Deputy Manager.
