Randstad Education is seeking a Secondary English Teacher for a temporary fixed-term placement in the UK. The role delivers KS3-4 curriculum, with a focus on data-driven progress and strong behaviour management, in a collaborative department that supports professional development.

Qualifications

• QTS is mandatory for this role.
• A BA/MA in English Literature, Language or related field.
• Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school.
• A valid enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum to KS3 and KS4 aligned with National Curriculum and GCSE English specifications.
• Use assessment data to bridge attainment gaps and support student progress.
• Maintain an inclusive learning environment with effective behaviour management.
• Act as Form Tutor and provide pastoral support.
