Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons for KS3 and KS4.

• Contribute to development and review of the department schemes of work.
• Participate in parents evenings and whole-school training days.
• Act as a Form Tutor providing pastoral care.
• Identify students needing extra support and implement targeted interventions.
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety policies.
• Mark student work regularly in line with policy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to improve practice.

Key Requirements
