East Coast College is seeking a proactive and student‑focused English & Maths Intervention Coach to support learners in overcoming barriers to achievement and improving their progress, attendance and outcomes. Working closely with Curriculum Managers, teaching staff and support teams, you will use learner data to identify students requiring additional support and coordinate targeted interventions that drive success.
