Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting English Graduates to support students in a Sunderland secondary school. You will help develop literacy, communication and confidence while gaining valuable classroom experience before pursuing teaching or related educational careers.

The role offers a full-time position starting in September with a daily PAYE rate of £92.63–£108.00, weekly pay and long-term opportunities. CPD and specialist training are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in English Literature, English Language, Creative Writing or related subject.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to helping students reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-to-one and in small groups.
• Deliver literacy and reading interventions.
• Assist teachers and SEND teams in lessons.
• Encourage positive learning behaviours and student engagement.
