Job summary

Loughborough College Group is looking for an experienced and flexible Engineering Trainer Assessor to support the growth of our Engineering Apprenticeship provision, delivering training and assessment in college and the workplace.

The ideal candidate will hold an assessor qualification (D32/D33/A1/TAQA or equivalent) or be willing to work towards it, have a Level 3 in the subject, and experience developing learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours.

Qualifications

• Competency in the subject area.
• An appropriate Assessor qualification (e.g. D32/D33/A1/TAQA, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
• A qualification at a minimum Level 3 in the subject area.
• Experience of working with individuals to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Training and Assessing duties for apprentices and their employers in college and the workplace.
