Job summary

Loughborough College Group is looking for an experienced Trainer Assessor in Automation and Controls Engineering to join our apprenticeship team. The role will involve training and assessing apprentices and their employers in college and the workplace, helping to grow our Engineering Apprenticeship provision.

The successful candidate will hold an appropriate Assessor qualification (or work towards one) and possess at least a Level 3 qualification in the subject area, with competency in

• Competency in the subject area.
• An appropriate Assessor qualification (e.g. D32/D33/A1/TAQA) or willingness to work towards.
• A Level 3 qualification in the subject area.
• Experience of developing new knowledge, skills and behaviours in individuals.
