Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking an Engineering Technician for our Market Drayton site in Shropshire. The role supports a highly automated dairy production environment with 4 on 4 off shifts (days and nights, 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am).

You will deliver planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives across site operations.

Qualifications

• A time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability.
• Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast-paced production environment.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades.
• Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance.
• Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment.
