- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability.
- Respond to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast-paced production environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades.
- Collaborate with operations to drive safety, quality and performance.
- Support installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment.

With significant investment transforming our clients site into one of the most advanced dairy facilities in the UK, we're now expanding our engineering team and looking for Engineering Technicians to play a key role in supporting a highly automated, next-generation production environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of modern manufacturing-combining cutting-edge technology, large-scale automation and ongoing site transformation.
Market Drayton.
The rate of pay is £57,289 per annum, plus 5% bonus!
£5000 Sign on bonus after successful completion of probation.
This is a full-time, permanent role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 7pm
- 7pm to 7am
- Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability
- Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast-paced production environment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades
- Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance
- Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment
- Highly automated process and filling lines with advanced PLC systems
- 3 phase Motors
- Pumps
- Water Supply Systems
- Steam Supply Systems
- Air Supply Systems (Compressors)
- Effluent Systems
- Pasteurisation & Separation
- Valve & Valve Matrices
- Site-wide infrastructure including:
- Combined Heat & Power (CHP)
- Advanced compressed air systems
- Sustainability and recycling technologies
- A time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance
- Experience working with automation, robotics or process equipment (desirable)
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- A team player committed to high safety and performance standards
- Earn £57,289 per annum, plus 5% bonus!
