Advanced Innergy Solutions Ltd in Skelmersdale is seeking an Engineering Team Manager to lead and develop the Engineering Team within the Business Group. You will drive delivery of design engineering work and ensure high quality outputs to meet customer requirements.

You will foster collaboration with Product and other functions, develop roadmaps, embed DFMA/DFMECA practices, and support business growth by winning new work while maintaining rigorous technical standards.

Formación

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong project management and delivery track record.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing environments.
• Ability to develop roadmaps and DFMECA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Engineering Team within the Business Group.
• Ensure timely delivery of design engineering work and high quality outputs.
• Support winning new work and develop product roadmaps.
• Drive DFMECA and DFMA processes.
• Collaborate with Product Group and sign off SOPs.
• Communicate with customers and sub-contractors.
• Estimate schedules and resources for projects.
• Maintain complete and correct drawings and documentation.
