Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking an Engineering Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team and own post-launch lifecycle activities. The role focuses on reliability, compliance, and cost effectiveness across multiple product lines, with strong cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement at its core.

We’re working with a global engineering and manufacturing business seeking a Engineering Team Manager to lead one of the clients key business divisions.

This is a management role where you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure released products continue to meet customer expectations, business objectives, whilst maintaining products through the rest of their product lifecycle. You and your team will have a real focus around product reliability, compliance adherence, cost effectiveness, and quality.

• Strong cross functional product support and process improvement skills.
