Job summary

Qualifications

• Food / FMCG / manufacturing experience is essential.
• Proven background as Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Engineer leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of skilled engineers; plan and delegate workload.
• Write and maintain the PPM/CMMS with a focus on reliability and site-wide improvements.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement across the site.
• Lead Lean initiatives and CI/RCA programs to deliver long-term fixes.
• Involve in project work and cross-functional collaboration.
