- Time-served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in relevant technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team.
- Establish and maintain Health and Safety methods.
- Manage engineering projects and new technologies.
- Implement robust preventative maintenance programmes.
- Create real-time performance measurement systems.
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure teamwork.
- Analyze maintenance reporting data to maintain KPIs.
