BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an experienced maintenance leader for a Plymouth-based role within a busy manufacturing site. The position focuses on driving maintenance improvements, overseeing projects and establishing clear ownership and performance standards.

It is not primarily a hands-on, tools-based role. The successful candidate will bring an engineering background, strong organisational and communication skills, and a track record of leading teams and delivering process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Must have full right to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience; formal management training is advantageous.
• A multi-skilled engineering background with either a mechanical or electrical bias.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to take a leadership-focused position, driving improvements across maintenance activities, processes and systems. You will oversee projects, support the development of maintenance strategies and help establish clear ownership, accountability and performance standards. While an engineering background is important, this is not primarily a hands-on, tools-based role.

Requirements

Package

• Salary of approximately £45,000.
• Mon-fri role, day shift only
• Bonus opportunity of up to 10%, subject to individual objectives and company profitability.
