Job summary

Orion Electrotech is recruiting an Engineering Team Leader in Aylesbury. The role combines hands-on maintenance leadership with data-driven decision making, coaching engineers, improving maintenance performance, and leading root cause investigations to deliver lasting improvements.

The opportunity offers a competitive salary between £55,000 and £60,000 plus an annual bonus, within a growing FMCG manufacturing environment investing in people and technology.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a multi-skilled maintenance team.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience using data to improve maintenance performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers.
• Champion CMMS best practice and data accuracy.
• Drive preventive maintenance and maintenance performance.
• Lead fault finding and root cause analysis actions.
• Create/ improvise SOPs, processes and training plans.
• Support engineers with hands-on maintenance when required.
