Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for a brand new world-class manufacturing facility. The role offers a competitive basic salary of around £72,000 per annum, KPI-driven bonus, and extensive benefits including a matched pension and premium overtime.

Location is Hinckley, within easy reach of Coalville, Leicester, Tamworth and Bedworth. The role features 4 on 4 off days and nights with strong training and progression opportunities.

The Engineering Team Leader vacancy is working at a brand new manufacturing facility; It is working with a Blue Chip listed and market-leading manufacturing group at a world class facility. • Basic salary circa 72,000 per annum,

• Overtime at 1.5x and 2x

Experience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Team Leader

• Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance
• Strong Health and Safety awareness
• Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner Lead Engineer etc
• Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activities
